If you’ve received an item that’s incorrect or faulty, we’re here to help! Simply send a photo of the item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to hello@piercedkoala.com.au. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
We’re committed to your health and safety, which is why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on piercing jewellery that has been worn.
