I like that the ball has the male side of the threads and the size seems legit

Size is right. No sensitivity issues. One of the beads has a looser thread though so it's fallen off a few times. I just check it often. It's too tight to flip up into my nose. Just an FYI in case that's the reason you want this style

They look great, but I should have measured first. A bit small for me, but my own fault. Balls seem to be staying on longer than the other set I had. Holds together well.
